Catherine Schell Biography: Catherine Schell was born Catherina Schell von Bauschlott, in Hungary, before her family escaped the Communist takeover when she was only a few years old. She grew up in the United States and later Munich, then went into acting, primarily in British productions, but also other (mostly European) productions.
